These Website Terms of Use (the “Website Terms”) govern your use of www.godspeed.systems and www.mindgrep.com (the “Website”) that is owned by Mindgrep Technologies Pvt Ltd. (“Mindgrep,” "we," "us," or "our"), a technology company incorporated and existing in India in accordance with the Companies Act, 1956. By accessing, using, or downloading materials from this Website you agree to follow and be bound by these Website Terms.
 
A user of the Website is also referred to as either “User,” “you,” or “your.”
 
Please note, if you have entered into any other agreement with Mindgrep, including accepting any other terms of service or license agreements that may be specific to a Mindgrep offering to you, you will be subject to those agreements (“Related Agreements”) in addition to these Website Terms. In case of a conflict between these Website Terms and the Related Agreements, the Related Agreement will take precedence.
 
Capitalized terms not defined herein have the same meaning as ascribed under the Related Agreements.
 
The Related Agreements comprise of the the Mindgrep Privacy Policy; and if applicable, any other agreement entered into between you and Mindgrep.
 
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS SET FORTH IN THESE WEBSITE TERMS, DO NOT REGISTER OR USE OUR WEBSITE OR THE SERVICES THEREUNDER. IF YOU USE OR ACCESS OUR WEBSITE OR THE SERVICES OFFERED HEREWITH, YOU ARE BOUND BY THESE WEBSITE TERMS.


About Mindgrep Mindgrep is a software product and services company that is focused on making application development easier for its Users. Currently Mindgrep has the following offerings:

  1. “Godspeed, the Microservice Framework” (the “Microservice Framework”) which is a low code framework to build microservices. If you are a User of the Microservice Framework, please review your rights and responsibilities provided under the License agreement entered between you and Mindgrep.

  2. “Support and Consulting Services” (the “Services”) means support services and consulting services related to use of the Microservice Framework.

Use of our Website,Microservice Framework, and Services

Before you use or access our Website you must read and agree to these Website Terms. Creating an Account
If you wish to access our Microservice Framework or Services, then you may be asked to create an account (the “Account”). In order to create an Account, you will be asked to provide personal information such as your, e-mail address, Git Hub Id and Google Id for the purpose of user registration, identification and account verification.

 

Jurisdiction
Our Microservice Framework, Services, and our Website are available worldwide.

 

Children Under the Age of 13
Our Microservice Framework, and the Services are not available to persons who are under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us at talktoust@Mindgrep.com. If you are under the age of 13, please do not use our Microservice Framework, or Services, and please do not create an Account with us.
